SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please Note: Due to safeguards in place to protect our distribution center employees, shipments may be slightly delayed. Also, some customers are experiencing delivery delays due to carrier transit time.

Details:

• Order $50 or more of product

• Standard shipping only (No discount on expedited or next day shipping)

• Applies to FavorOfTheLord.com orders shipped to U.S. addresses only

• We reserve the right to choose shipping method on qualifying orders

• This program is subject to change and can end at any time.

• Orders will be shipped from our distribution center in Upstate NY within 1-3 business day from the time the order is placed. Please allow up to 2-3 extra business day for orders containing personalized products. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Returns and Exchanges

• Due to the safeguards in place, we cannot accept returns at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

• We don't accept cancellations, but please contact Customer Service at 518-892-3878 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday EST,  if you have any problems with your order.

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Digital downloads

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
